On November 10th, SCHMID Group (NASDAQ: SHMD), a leading global provider of PCB and IC carrier equipment and solutions, announced that the company has received two significant orders for advanced manufacturing equipment for PLP (panel level packaging) and mSAP (improved semi additive process) production.
According to the order content, SCHMID will deliver a cluster configuration consisting of InfinityLine C+and InfinityLine H+devices to a Southeast Asian customer. The other order comes from a Chinese customer, and SCHMID will provide them with horizontal InfinityLine H+production line and vertical InfinityLine V+production line equipment to expand their production capacity in mSAP process, producing PCBs and related products for AI servers.
It is reported that the Southeast Asian client is mainly engaged in semiconductor and infrastructure software business, while the Chinese client focuses on the research and manufacturing of high-end printed circuit boards and IC carrier boards.

It is worth mentioning that SCHMID received two significant orders for AI server PCB equipment last month.
