At 7:45 a.m. on July 4th, Baoyuejia's July national flag-raising ceremony and morning meeting are grandly held in the company square. All employees completed the solemn national flag-raising ceremony with enthusiasm and spirit, and then the leaders of each department successively summarized the work of the previous month and arranged the work plan for this month.

 

     

General Manager Deng Guoyou pointed out two aspects on the current work.

 

One, the situation:

The current domestic situation in official data shows that the domestic unemployment rate: the unemployment rate of 16 to 24 years old accounted for 18.2% and the 25- to 59-year-old unemployment rate is 5.3%, and we want to thank the company for keeping every employee’s job.

 

The data from the industry situation shows that only 80% of the companies in the entire PCB industry can guarantee 50% to 60% of the order volume. Some of them can produce any board with excellent quality, or companies that make special boards are barely affected.

 

 

 

Second, the request:

The first requirement: do your part well. As an employee, you must independently possess the job skills and 100% fulfill the job responsibilities and job requirements. All departments should do a good job in the education and training of each employee and re-assess their posts in July.

 

The second requirement: strict quality control. Only if any order can be completed and with high quality, the enterprise will not be affected, we must have a stronger quality awareness and strict quality! We have to be more strict with ourselves! Machines and equipment that do not meet the quality requirements will never be used in processing, and products that do not meet the inspection standards will never flow out!

 

 

 

Finally, general manager Deng Guoyou placed high expectations on the future work, and hoped that in the days to come, every employee and leaders would do their part and strictly control the company's product quality.

 

After the work report and outlook, the company presented awards to 19 outstanding employees in June, and Tan Ruji, the representative of outstanding employees, gave a speech on the honor; in the 5S audit evaluation in June: the top three departments and last three departments in May and June, they will exchanged pennants. The top three departments in June were: Dry film department, CNC department, and electroplating department. We hope that each department can learn from the top three teams and improve their own shortcomings. The solder mask department won the last place in the 5S inspection evaluation. Meng Jianjun, the head of the department, led the solder mask department to make a joint oath at this morning meeting, striving to take off the last one title in July and strive for the top four!
