The PCB production capacity frozen last year will be opened one after another this year. Motivated by the booming economy this year, Jianding (3044), Jingguo (6108), f-taiding (4927) and jingchengke (6191) did not have full production capacity last year, and will be in place this year.
As Taiwanese businesses from both sides of the Taiwan Straits accounted for more than 20% of the information board production capacity, the PC industry saw the worst shipment in the past decade last year, resulting in the decline of the performance of Taiwan's PCB factories. Although the PC industry will not grow significantly this year, it has become a consensus that the recession will decelerate. Major factories have also resumed their production expansion plans. The production capacity frozen last year is expected to be opened this year.
Jianding Hubei Xiantao factory has become more and more active in capacity expansion due to the boom. Jianding pointed out that Hubei Xiantao factory covers an area of more than 1000 mu. Last year, it was originally planned to increase the production capacity at the rate of 40000 feet plus 40000 feet. However, due to the worse than expected prosperity, the phase II production capacity of 40000 feet was deferred from the fourth quarter to the first quarter of this year. This year, it should be able to really start production. The products will be mainly photoelectric boards, and the introduction of automobile boards and high-density connecting boards (HDI) is not ruled out.
Due to the huge usable area of Xiantao factory, Jianding believes that the increase of the tariff on panels by 8% in the mainland is bound to drive the expansion of panel factories in the mainland. In the future, it will not be ruled out to increase the production capacity of photovoltaic panels according to the capacity demand of local panel factories.
Jianding has always been conservative about the economy. This year, because the recession of PC is slowing down, Jianding is optimistic about the trend of the economy this year. Jianding expects that the recovery strength will become stronger this year, and the revenue in the first quarter will have the opportunity to hold 10 billion yuan.
The competitive Thailand plant and f-taiding are not affected by the political turmoil in Thailand, and the production capacity continues to be opened. Jingguo said that since the fourth quarter of last year, the orders have been increasing month by month. After the restart of the Thai factory, the orders have been received from the automobile board and spread to the orders of Japanese consumer products. At present, it seems that the economy is not good. The production capacity of the Thai factory will be increased from 650000 to 700000 feet to 1050000 feet.
F-taiding is not affected by the political situation in Thailand. In the first quarter, the first phase of the new plant will be full. The plant was originally scheduled to enter the mass production stage last year, but was not impacted by the boom as expected. By the first quarter of this year, f-taiding estimated that the first phase of the plant will have a capacity of about 500000 ~ 600000 feet. Due to the high degree of command of orders, the capacity will be full by the end of this quarter. The second phase of the capacity expansion plan will be determined by the future order status.
