On July 30, the northern production base of Tianjin Xinshuo Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinshuo") in the domestic high-precision equipment manufacturing industry was settled in the development zone. The project plans to invest 1billion yuan to establish a world-class integrated circuit equipment engineering technology center in the Development Zone in five years, with annual sales of 3billion yuan.

With the settlement of Xinshuo in the Development Zone, it will mainly build laser direct imaging equipment system, high-end PCB and advanced packaging carrier equipment, build a North microelectronics high-end core equipment base integrating R & D, production, sales and service, and become a world-class microelectronics equipment leader.

In order to ensure the early settlement and production of the project, Xinshuo signed an agreement with the development zone to select the old plant in the development zone. The person in charge of Xinshuo company said that the transformation of the old plant has saved the time and money for the main construction of the enterprise. At present, the reconstruction project has been started and is expected to be completed within this year.

Its successful development of the first sub micron lithography equipment in China has filled the domestic gap.
