PCB consumables pad factory Juxiang Q3 is not bearish

In the third quarter of this year, the operation of the printed circuit board factory will maintain growth, and the demand for upstream raw materials will also increase unabated. Juxiang, a PCB consumable backing board factory, said that the quarterly growth rate of revenue in the third quarter will reach 10%, and the annual operation peak may fall between September and October.

Juxiang announced that its consolidated revenue in July was 108million yuan, a slight decrease from the consolidated revenue of 110million yuan in June, an increase of 13.2% over the same period last year. The cumulative consolidated revenue in the previous July was 691million yuan, with an annual growth rate of 39.15%.

Juxiang said that the slight decline in revenue in July was mainly due to the slight slowdown in the strength of customers to pull goods. However, the shipment situation in August will be better than that in July. The annual operating peak will have the opportunity to fall in September or October, when it will be able to set a new record. On the whole, the quarterly growth rate of consolidated revenue in the third quarter can reach 10%.

In addition, after entering the second quarter, the global raw material prices resumed their upward trend and rebounded strongly. The phenol price, one of the main raw materials of PCB backing, also reached a new high of $1780 / ton, up 18% from the low of $1500 / ton in the second quarter.

Juxiang pointed out that at present, phenol accounts for about 30%-35% of raw materials, and other raw materials are mainly raw pulp and paper. If the phenol price continues to rise in the future, it will reflect the rising cost and increase the price.

As for the input of new production capacity, Juxiang said that Tainan plant has stationed two new machinery and equipment, which will be put into trial production at the end of the second quarter. It is estimated that the effect of new production capacity will gradually emerge. By the end of this year, the total monthly production capacity across the Strait will reach 1million, an increase of 25% over the current 800000.
