Due to the impact of the financial tsunami at the end of the previous year, orders and revenue fell to the freezing point. Even in the first quarter of last year, manufacturers of printed circuit board (PCB) related industries were still at the bottom of the valley. At that time, they could hardly make predictions for this year's operation. After the recovery in the second quarter and the better than expected revenue of some manufacturers in the fourth quarter, they also made quick decisions for this year's operation.

Recently, flexible printed circuit board (FPC), flexible copper foil base plate (FCCL) and PCB factories including Taijun technology, Lucheng technology and Baicheng technology have made resolutions on increasing the capital of the mainland factory in the board of directors, with the investment amount of US $9million, US $500000 and US $10million respectively.

Last year, compared with PCB and integrated circuit (IC) substrates, FPC market was more stable. Taijun's profits were more prominent, and Taihong technology was not inferior. FPC manufacturers have become a relatively positive industry in recent capital increases in mainland factories. At the end of last year, Xinyang Technology of FCCL factory held a board meeting to determine this year's budget and operation plan.

Shengti, a PCB factory that has just been listed from the store, also pointed out that, thanks to the recovery of the economic boom, the loss making reinvestment in Zhejiang factory in the mainland continued to rectify and bring benefits, and also invested funds to improve the process bottleneck. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter. The monthly production capacity will increase from 150000 square feet to 200000 square feet, and the profit and loss balance is now an opportunity.

Dingying electronics has also embarked on the construction plan of a new production base in Fujian Province after its reinvestment in Kunshan factory in Jiangsu Province showed a marked recovery in capacity utilization last year. Dingying's board of directors approved the appointment of jiangwenyou as the executive director on March 1 to coordinate the group's domestic and foreign business growth, reinvestment business management and strengthen the company's internal management, so as to "warm up" for the construction of Fujian plant.
