At the beginning, everyone always "revealed the stuffing". Under the patient guidance of the staff, they slowly mastered the method. The package was fast and good-looking. This process fully reflects the spirit of cooperation between Baoyue Jiaren. There is an intersection of eyes: rubbing strips, cutting, weighing, and rubbing circles. An assembly line is presented immediately. All of us worked together and soon kneaded all the fillings we needed, neat and full of several large iron plates. On weekdays, the big men are unambiguous when they do fine work. They really go to the construction site and into the kitchen.
Kneading the stuffing has entered the most critical stage. Following the stuffing kneading assembly line, everyone naturally divided into kneading group, weighing group, pressing group, stuffing group, embossing group and packaging group according to everyone's specialty. A complete moon cake production line is thus formed.
